HiiPOP HUSTLE​

THE VIBE: A high-octane, girl power hour with a burlesque flair – bold, sassy BUT undeniably classy.

Torch those calories with this trendy POP dance fitness class targeting your core, glutes and thighs.  So if you’ve taken a hip hop style class before and didn’t really dig a high amount of rap, try us out! We are refreshingly different.

HiiPOP BURN

A fast paced, high energy fusion of Pilates inspired exercises with resistance bands targeting thighs, glutes, core and arms. Intense toning will fire up your muscles, tone your body and increase your metabolism. Create a fat inferno that will keep your body burning calories long after you’re done working out. 

HiiFIVE MEALS

Simple, healthy and delicious 5-6 ingredient meals that are far from boring. Most recipes are gluten free, dairy free, low carb and high protein. Get a weekly meal schedule that coincides with your workout schedule so you can get fueled up on workout days.
