What a fun class. I always look forward to it. Its a great workout and easy to follow. Michelle makes is so fun and is very helpful to explain the moves. A great plus is that it has turned into a very supportive and positive community of women that I definitely need in my life. I am so grateful to have this in our area.
I have always enjoyed being active and dancing as a kid. So to get to go to this kind of class as an adult is so much fun and I get to enjoy being healthy as well as dancing. The class environment is one that is accepting of no matter where you’re at or who you are and I love that feeling. I had a blast at my class on Saturday and I cannot wait until my next one.
Michelle is a wonderful coach! The classes are fun, challenging, and positive. I am so grateful for the free trial in January that afforded me the opportunity to dare to do something I’ve always wanted to do. I’m completely hooked! <3

I absolutely love the Saturday morning classes! They are super high energy, fun and you can really work up a sweat. I was able to meet my goal of 6,000 steps before 9:30 in the morning! I've been working really hard to lose weight, and I know that these classes will help me reach my goals, plus I get to have a great time while doing it. 🙂
I am new to the area and I am so glad I found HiiPop! Michelle is an awesome instructor and she makes you feel welcome and her class is so fun! Michelle has created a fun environment and community. I highly recommend this class. You don’t need to be a professional dancer … you just go to have FUN!

Hello! Dance and fitness has a part of my entire life. My momma put in my dance classes when I was 3 and I haven't stopped dancing since. I am now a wife and mom of 3 boys. I have worked in the fitness industry for 10 years and love it. I hold several certifications including NASM, CPT, GGS Certified Women's Coaching Specialist, AFAA Group Fit Instructor, PN 1 Coach and more.
HiiPOP is much more an exercise class! It's a place to celebrate one another, support & lift each other up. We get to do this while dancing, working on our physical, mental health and so much more!
